5 Months & 4th of July

Well hello!

Who knew Liam would be so talented! Big toe in his mouth, second toe up his nose...nice work.



I'm behind in the blog! So, here are a few mini-posts of Liam's life the past few weeks...

On June 27th, Liam turned 5 months old! It's getting harder to get a picture of him as he is very interested in EVERYTHING. Here's a few of our attempts...





Looks like he's had enough!



Things our 5-month old can do...
- Sit unassisted for a few minutes at a time.
- Scream!
- The drooling continues!
- Roll over in all directions.
- Stand up from sitting when you hold his hands.
- He continues to sleep through the night but has turned into a side sleeper. :)
- Pick up and put his own nuk in his mouth.

Shortly after his 5 month birthday, it was the 4th of July. We went to the McNamara cabin for a day and spent the 4th at home. Our neighborhood has a 4th of July party with a parade for the kids, a big pot-luck, kid's games, adult games, and a fireworks show. It was fun!

We also went in our new turtle pool for the first time. Liam thought it was pretty fun until he slipped out of our hands and his kiddie pool turned into a dunk tank. Pool time was over!

Our second time in the pool this past week was a little more fun since no dunking was involved. We also let Liam hang out for a little while, literally...and he loved it!








Dan and I also celebrated our 5 year anniversary on July 10th. You would think this would be a milestone that we would get a picture of the two of us. Not only did I not get one single picture of Dan and I together...I only took 1 picture all night...here it is, Dan eating in what looks to be a very dark restaurant. LOL :o

We had a really nice night. We went out for dinner, walked the Stillwater riverwalk, got ice cream and sat by the river. It was fun having a few hours to just ourselves. We wonder where the next 5 years will take us...
